About the Artist
Brooklyn born and raised creative director, Shawn Lloyd, has been honing his skills in photography over the past decade. Shawn is a veteran fashion designer, marketing and branding specialist, who has been running his own creative agency in the fashion and entertainment sector for over 20 years.
Shawn’s exploration into fashion photography allowed him to introduce another element to his passion for design and fashion. His main objective was to highlight the smallest, and most important piece of a designer luxury garment "The Label”.
The premise was to capture the most minute, and tiniest details of various well known fashion labels, at the same time capturing the beauty of its design, visible flaws, and aged vintage look. The idea was to find the perfect combinations of these aspects, angling and zooming in to give the composition a larger than life depth for the viewer’s consumption.
